This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, free parking, and a fitness center. I'll always remember the staff helping me with a bottle of water during my first stay. I’ll be back for Christmas!

stay enjoyable. The variety of options was impressive, but the noise from nearby renovations was somewhat disruptive. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend it, especially for the food!

nice stay but busy hotel

Tommy at the front desk managed the chaos of a worldwide computer outage with grace and professionalism. Both Jess and Nathan were attentive and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay, proving the staff's dedication to service. The manager, Jennifer, maintained a positive attitude amidst the morning hustle, which impressed me greatly. Also, I appreciated the helpful staff who made it easy to find local attractions.

Late night check-in was quick and easy, setting a good tone for our stay. However, the room was not adequately prepared. the air conditioner leaked onto the carpet, creating a soggy mess. Despite letting the front desk know, it remained unresolved throughout our stay. The amenities were understocked, requiring us to self-serve, which is unusual for a hotel experience. A highlight was the breakfast area, well-maintained with local, seasonal products, making mornings enjoyable.

i had a great experience at holiday inn express. the hotel is conveniently located near a small shopping plaza, making it easy to grab snacks and essentials. the breakfast area was well-stocked and clean, thanks to ms. shirley, who has earned outstanding hygiene ratings. my kids loved the comfy room with two queen beds, perfect for our family.

The breakfast spread was on point, and you can’t beat the location just a hop away from Mr Bagel Meister—best bagels in town! Also, the indoor pool was perfect for the kids to splash around.

On the flip side, our room never saw a cleaning after we tossed the DND sign—what a bummer! Only two towels and had to chat up the desk for more. Ended up heading to Best Western for our extra night since they were packed.

The indoor pool was great for my family's kids, and the staff was quick in handling our minor room hiccups. Tommy at the front desk was super reassuring during a busy check-in. Also loved the complimentary coffee available all day.
